Josh Avratin is an assistant clinical professor in the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab.
He holds a BA in English and philosophy from Emory University and a JD from the Law School. Prior to joining the clinical faculty, Josh practiced in the debt finance groups of Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago and Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, and served as corporate counsel to Groupon, Inc.
