Sarah Konsky

Sarah Konsky is director of the Jenner & Block Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School. The clinic represents parties and amici curiae in cases before the United States Supreme Court and other appellate courts.

Prior to joining the clinical faculty, Konsky was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP. Konsky represented clients in appellate cases, as well as in class action and other cases in the trial courts. Konsky’s practice focused on employment cases, including employment discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, restrictive covenant, trade secret and breach of contract claims. She also frequently represented clients in pro bono matters. Before practicing at Sidley, Konsky was a law clerk to Chief Judge Mary M. Schroeder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
