Robert A. Weinstock

Robert A. Weinstock is assistant clinical professor of law at the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School, where he assists in clinical instruction and management of the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic's diverse and cutting-edge advocacy efforts.

Asst. Prof. Robert received his JD from the Columbia University School of Law in 2009, where he was a James Kent Scholar, president of the Environmental Law Society, and an articles editor for the Columbia Law Review. He received a BA from the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University in 2006, where he founded the Student Endowment Advisory Committee and was awarded the Cardinal Club Scholar-Athlete Award. Prior to joining the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic, Rob practiced complex litigation at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, in New York, and environmental law at Barnes & Thornburg, in Chicago. Rob also served as a law clerk to The Honorable Victor Marrero on the Southern District of New York.
