Jennifer Nou’s main research interests are in administrative law, regulatory policy, separation-of-powers and legal interpretation. She has worked as a policy analyst and special assistant at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
She has clerked for Judge Richard Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Justice Stephen Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court. She is currently a public member of the Administrative Conference of the United States.
