Atomic Age II: Fukushima—Session 2—English

Hoyt Long, Assistant Professor of Japanese Literature in the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations, chairs the second session of the Atomic Age Symposium II: Fukushima and introduces five speakers who share their perspectives on nuclear power. The speakers include:

The Atomic Age Symposium II: Fukushima was held in the Social Sciences Research Building on May 5, 2012.  The symposium was sponsored by the Committee on Japanese Studies, the Center for East Asian Studies, the Franke Institute for the Humanities, the Human Rights Program, the Program on the Global Environment at the University of Chicago, and DePaul University.
